ONLINE LEARNING CENTER | Policies and Procedures
In order to provide the best service to online learners, United Methodist Communications has established the following refund policies for online learning courses.
For fee-based courses, a full refund (100%) of the purchase price will be issued upon request from the date of purchase through the seventh day of the course. There is no refund offered after the seventh day of the course. A learner may request a one-time transfer to the next session of the same course in lieu of a refund within the first seven days of the course. (See "Course Transfers" below for more information.)
In lieu of a refund within the first seven days of the course, a learner may request a one-time transfer of enrollment to the next session of the same course.

Under no circumstances will a course be extended beyond the published course dates. Any learner who does not complete the course within the time allotted will either have to retake the course or choose not to complete the course. Any learner who does not complete a course within the time allotted (original session) will have to register and pay for another session if he/she wishes to complete the course in a future session.
